Job Summary

To support ongoing creative initiatives, the part-time freelance Creative Project Coordinator will oversee projects from concept to completion, collaborating with teams and managing timelines in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage creative projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met
• Collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders to drive project success
• Provide direction and feedback to align projects with brand and business goals

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience managing and partnering with creative teams and projects
• Strongly preferred retail industry experience with an understanding of its pace and demands
• Experience working in Basecamp is a plus
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
