Creative Project Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Project Management Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Creative Project Managers, focusing on onboarding and performance
• Oversee delivery performance and project health across client engagements
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges and client concerns

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing creative projects in an agency or similar environment
• 2-3+ years of experience leading or managing Creative Project Managers
• Deep understanding of creative workflows across branding, campaigns, digital, and content
• Confidence managing client relationships and navigating complex delivery challenges
• Ability to maintain at least 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST)
