Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to join their creative agency team supporting pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary agency point of contact for assigned clients and manage daily communication and coordination
• Maintain organized project documentation and track workflow progression across cross-functional teams
• Support development of deliverables, ensuring compliance with client goals and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in project management, client services, or account management in a creative agency or pharmaceutical/life sciences setting
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, and scopes in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of MLR processes and systems, including submissions and review cycles
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and problem-solve under pressure
