Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Project Manager/Producer to support the Corporate team in developing and executing integrated marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end creative production, including briefings, timelines, and collaboration with creative teams and stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally to create and manage workflows, timelines, and budgets across multiple marketing channels
  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships and navigate complex feedback to drive integrated marketing programs
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of project/program management experience, preferably in a corporate tech organization or creative ad agency
  • Strong collaborative skills to unite multiple teams and define coordinated programs
  • Experience managing campaign briefs, creative production, and execution
  • Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Workfront, and experience with Slack
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and proactively resolve gaps in project clarity
