Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Project Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage creative workflows from intake to delivery, including schedules and reviews
• Oversee operational tools and maintain documentation for project tracking and asset management
• Act as the primary liaison between the Creative team and cross-functional partners

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years in project management or operations roles within a creative or marketing team
• Highly proficient in project management tools, particularly Asana
• Deep understanding of creative workflows
• Experience in vendor management or production timelines is a bonus
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple timelines simultaneously
