Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Project Manager for Events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of moderate to complex events, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, creative teams, and stakeholders, translating client needs into actionable project plans
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least seven years of project management experience within the industry, including five years managing virtual events
• Strong background working with creative teams and understanding of industry practices
• Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Adobe Workfront or similar software
