Job Summary
To support a growing client portfolio, the fully remote Creative Project Manager will manage post-sales relationships, drive client success, and identify growth opportunities in Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Own post-sales relationships with clients, ensuring their success and growth
- Act as the strategic point of contact, guiding clients and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to align services with client business goals
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Creative Project Manager in a startup or creative agency
- Fluency in English
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset
- Highly organized and independent, thriving in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
