Job Summary

To support a growing client portfolio, the fully remote Creative Project Manager will manage post-sales relationships, drive client success, and identify growth opportunities in Latin America.

Key responsibilities
  • Own post-sales relationships with clients, ensuring their success and growth
  • Act as the strategic point of contact, guiding clients and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to align services with client business goals
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Creative Project Manager in a startup or creative agency
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized and independent, thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
