Job Summary

Supporting Brand & Creative Operations, the full-time Creative Project Manager will manage timelines, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration on marketing initiatives and creative production workflows in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards
  • Coordinate collaboration between cross-functional teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct QA reviews and identify project risks while supporting process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 4 - 6+ years of experience in creative project management, creative operations, or marketing operations
  • Experience within an in-house creative team or creative agency environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines across cross-functional teams
  • Background in supporting integrated campaigns and high-volume digital asset production
  • Familiarity with PM and collaboration tools such as Monday.com and Figma
