Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

To support an innovative brand operations team, the remote contract Creative Project Manager will manage AI-driven marketing projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and ensure successful execution of high-impact creative initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of creative projects involving AI-powered deliverables, ensuring timely and successful execution
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams, creatives, and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights
• Define project scope, goals, and success metrics aligned with strategic business objectives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, with a proven record of successfully leading AI/ML projects
• Strong experience managing stakeholder relationships
• Familiarity with creative workflows and AI methodologies, including natural language processing and deep learning
• Knowledge of project planning, risk management, and Agile or similar development methodologies
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Workfront, Adobe Creative Suite, or Gen AI platforms is a plus
