Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a newly consolidated creative team, the temporary remote Creative Project Manager will evaluate and improve workflows across various creative disciplines, ensuring streamlined project management and enhanced visibility into workload and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and document end-to-end workflows across creative disciplines from intake to delivery
• Identify process gaps and recommend improved workflows for efficiency and clarity
• Partner with creative leaders to support change management and assist in the transition to a centralized project management platform

Required qualifications

• Strong background in creative project management or creative operations
• Experience in building or improving workflows for multi-disciplinary creative teams
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar project management tools
• Strategic thinker with the ability to assess systems holistically
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) workflows is a plus
