Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

To support complex marketing initiatives, the freelance Creative Project Manager will oversee end-to-end workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of creative projects in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project workflows across multiple teams, stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and task trackers
• Monitor project risks, address blockers, and communicate progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated mid-level project management experience in marketing or creative production
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a systems-thinking approach
• Experience with automated production workflows or emerging technology
• Comfort working through ambiguity and defining processes in evolving environments
• Familiarity with digital asset management platforms or component libraries is a plus
