Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic AI content studio, the full-time remote Creative Project Manager will oversee client projects from inception to delivery, manage internal initiatives, and drive new business opportunities while ensuring high-quality production standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead prospection efforts to identify and secure new client opportunities, converting initial discussions into scoped projects
• Manage the studio's internal projects and intellectual property with the same rigor as client work, ensuring structured execution
• Oversee AI image/video projects from kickoff to final delivery, maintaining timelines and project profitability across multiple clients

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience in a creative agency, VFX studio, or similar environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high client engagement and tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of creative production processes and the ability to maintain workflow without overburdening the team
• Excellent client presence with a proactive approach to commercial opportunities and revenue generation
• Experience in building scalable workflows in a growing studio or startup environment
