To support the Product Development team, the full-time remote Creative Project Manager will manage the artwork and photography workflow, ensuring creative briefs are complete and projects are tracked from inception to delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate creative briefs to ensure completeness before project initiation
- Manage the priority queue for creative requests, balancing input from various teams
- Track the status of packaging artwork projects and address any workflow issues proactively
Required qualifications
- Experience in project management within a creative environment
- Proficiency in using project management tools, particularly Asana
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across different teams
- Familiarity with AI tools for drafting and summarizing project-related documents
- Proven track record of managing timelines and delivering quality results
