Creative Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

To support the creative team, the temporary remote Creative Intake & Quality Assurance Specialist will manage incoming project requests, ensure accurate project setup in Workfront, and conduct quality checks on creative deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate incoming creative requests for completeness and adherence to established intake requirements
• Conduct first-level quality assurance of creative deliverables, ensuring accuracy and brand compliance before stakeholder review
• Maintain organized project information throughout the creative process and coordinate corrections with team members as needed

Required qualifications

• Experience supporting creative, marketing, or production teams
• Familiarity with Workfront or similar creative project/workflow management platforms
• Experience reviewing creative materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced environment
