Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Recruiter (Project-based/variable hours).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, handling multiple open positions based on project needs
  • Source candidates using platforms such as HireEZ, LinkedIn, and job boards
  • Screen candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, particularly in creative and media production roles
  • Solid knowledge of the broadcast media and live event production industries
  • Experience in advertising agencies or creative staffing preferred
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Outlook, G Suite, and Monday.com
  • Experience using JobVite ATS is highly desired
