Creative Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Recruiter (Project-based/Variable hours).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across various roles, handling multiple open requisitions
• Source candidates proactively using various platforms and methods
• Screen candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in creative and media production roles
• Solid knowledge of the broadcast media and live event production industries
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Outlook and G Suite
• Experience with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred
