Creative Resource Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Resource Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the workflow of incoming projects and drive individual creative staff assignments
• Lead the Creative team's resource management system and facilitate weekly resourcing meetings
• Manage project intake, assignments, and monitor workloads among the team

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Jira and/or Jira Service Management and Float Resource Management
• A minimum of 5-7 years experience in a creative services function at a creative agency or internal creative team in the B2B SaaS/tech domain
• Familiarity with Trello and Confluence
