Job Summary
Leading a small team in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Creative Senior Manager will own the visual strategy and creative execution for marketing, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines while integrating generative AI into the creative workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all creative output for the marketing organization, including brand identity, campaign assets, and web design
- Manage the video team, setting creative direction and ensuring quality and brand consistency across video content
- Build and implement an AI-native creative practice, establishing workflows that enhance productivity and quality
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in brand, design, and video, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals and modern video storytelling
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and generative AI tools for design and video
- Experience managing distributed teams and collaborating asynchronously
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, producing work as needed
