Creative Services Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships and design projects, the full-time remote Creative Services Manager will guide a team of designers to deliver high-quality design solutions while engaging directly with customers to allocate budgets and create briefs.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through budgeting and project planning while managing deliverables and deadlines
• Nurture relationships with 15 to 30 clients and oversee 3 to 5 designers (freelance and staff)
• Ensure quality execution of projects from initial brief to final delivery, maintaining high client retention

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in design with excellent visual fluency
• Proven ability to engage clients directly in planning and budgeting
• Experience managing designers with diverse skill sets, including layout, illustration, and web design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial drive and dedication to quality craftsmanship
