Job Summary

Combining hands-on design execution with creative direction, the full-time Creative Services Manager will produce high-quality assets, manage external creative partners, and oversee project management for multiple brands in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce a variety of creative assets while coordinating work from freelancers and agencies
  • Review and assign incoming requests, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with internal stakeholders
  • Provide creative direction and quality assurance for all visual outputs, maintaining brand consistency across channels
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in brand and visual design with a strong portfolio of print and digital work
  • Experience designing and maintaining scalable templates, including email newsletters and PowerPoint decks
  • Familiarity with building and managing a digital asset management (DAM) system or centralized asset library
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects for clients or internal teams
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Trello, or Monday
