Key Responsibilities

• Create a motivational work environment for the creative services team and manage individual customer design implementations
• Facilitate team meetings and communicate project information effectively to team members and customers
• Monitor team productivity and quality, recognize high performance, and assist in conducting performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a creative services role
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in project ownership and cross-functional team projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Figma and completing web design projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HTML and CSS
