Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ad Creative & Performance Strategist to lead and coordinate ad creation efforts for paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze creative performance metrics and generate insights to improve ad effectiveness
  • Translate performance data into actionable creative briefs and develop A/B testing roadmaps
  • Manage the creative production process and coordinate with external partners to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Ad Operations, or Performance Marketing in a D2C e-commerce environment
  • Strong understanding of Paid Social platforms and ad formats
  • Comfortable working with data and understanding its impact on advertising metrics
  • Proven experience using project management tools to manage high-volume workflows
  • Ability to effectively communicate between marketing and creative teams
