Job Summary
Owning the creative process for Mando's advertising, the full-time Creative Strategist will lead concepting, briefing, and final sign-off on various ad formats while collaborating with senior strategists and managing creator operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the creative development for stills, B-roll, and partnership/UGC ads, ensuring high-quality execution
- Collaborate on TV spots, supporting agency selection and co-leading creative reviews
- Manage all aspects of creator operations, including sourcing, briefing, contracting, and payment
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in creative strategy, content production, or performance marketing
- Proven track record of owning creative for a brand or product line
- Hands-on video editing experience using tools like Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
- Solid understanding of direct-response or performance advertising principles
- Experience with AI creative tools is a strong plus
