Job Summary
Performance-driven and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Creative Strategist will develop high-performing paid social creative strategies focused on customer acquisition, leveraging consumer psychology and performance data while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative strategies for profitable customer acquisition across paid social channels, primarily Meta
- Conduct in-depth customer research to identify pain points and scalable creative opportunities
- Build and test new creative concepts and messaging to enhance performance and reduce fatigue
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, or related fields
- Proven ability to develop high-performing static and video ads for paid acquisition
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and creative testing frameworks
- Experience in high-spend Meta environments and scaling performance creative
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate creative performance using KPIs
