Job Summary
To drive impactful creative strategies, the full-time Lead Creative Strategist will manage the end-to-end briefing process for various media formats, analyze performance data to inform creative direction, and oversee UGC creator relationships, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the briefing process for all creative assets, ensuring a consistent flow of new concepts and iterations
- Analyze creative performance data to identify successful strategies and inform future briefs
- Manage the UGC creator pipeline from sourcing to performance review, maintaining accurate documentation and relationships
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy and performance media buying
- Proven ability to write production-ready briefs that require minimal revisions
- Fluency in performance data analysis and translating findings into actionable creative direction
- Experience managing UGC creators throughout the entire process
- Strong copywriting skills across various formats, enhancing the briefing process
