Job Summary
Owning the full upstream strategy for creative briefs, the full-time remote Lead Creative Strategist will write production-ready briefs, analyze performance data, and manage UGC creators to drive impactful creative across various formats and verticals.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end briefing process for all creative entering production, ensuring a steady backlog of new concepts
- Analyze creative performance data to identify winning strategies and translate findings into actionable briefs
- Manage the UGC creator pipeline, including sourcing, vetting, and performance review to enhance creative output
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy and performance media buying
- Proven ability to write clear, production-ready briefs that require minimal revisions
- Fluency in performance data analysis with the capability to translate insights into creative direction
- Experience managing UGC creators from sourcing through delivery
- Strong copywriting skills across various formats, including scripts and ad copy
