Job Summary
Focused on driving creative strategy, the remote Senior Creative Strategist will manage the end-to-end briefing process for various media formats, analyze performance data to inform creative direction, and oversee UGC creator relationships while ensuring alignment with audience insights and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Own the briefing process for all creative assets, maintaining a content backlog with new concepts ready for production
- Analyze creative performance data and translate findings into actionable briefs and updated creative strategies
- Manage the UGC creator pipeline, including sourcing, vetting, and performance review to ensure high-quality content delivery
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy and performance media buying
- Proven ability to write production-ready briefs that require minimal revisions
- Fluency in performance data analysis to drive creative direction
- Experience managing UGC creators from sourcing to delivery
- Strong copywriting skills across various formats, enhancing the briefing process
