Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end briefing process, the full-time remote Lead Creative Strategist will develop production-ready briefs for various creative assets, analyze performance data to inform strategy, and manage UGC creator relationships across multiple verticals.
Key responsibilities
- Write and maintain briefs for all creative assets, ensuring clarity and precision for execution
- Analyze creative performance data to identify trends and inform future creative direction
- Manage the UGC creator pipeline, from sourcing to performance review, ensuring effective collaboration and output
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy and performance media buying
- Demonstrated ability to write production-ready briefs without requiring revisions
- Fluency in performance data analysis and translating findings into actionable creative strategies
- Experience managing UGC creators from sourcing through delivery
- Strong copywriting skills, including scripts, hooks, and ad copy
