Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end briefing process, the full-time remote Lead Creative Strategist will develop production-ready briefs for various creative formats, analyze performance data to inform strategy, and manage UGC creator relationships across multiple verticals.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a content backlog with new concepts ready for production, ensuring monthly throughput targets are met
  • Analyze creative performance data to identify winning strategies and translate findings into actionable briefs
  • Manage the UGC creator pipeline, including sourcing, vetting, and performance review
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy and performance media buying
  • Proven ability to write production-ready briefs with minimal revisions required
  • Strong copywriting skills for various formats including scripts and ad copy
  • Experience managing UGC creators from sourcing to delivery
  • Fluency in performance data analysis and the ability to translate insights into creative direction
