Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a cadence of creative briefs for paid channels like Meta and TikTok
  • Translate performance data into actionable creative direction and oversee the execution of creative assets

Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing, preferably in consumer health or wellness
  • Proven ability to write effective briefs and UGC scripts that drive metrics
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for ad generation and testing
  • Fluency in key performance metrics related to digital marketing
  • Experience managing the full UGC pipeline from sourcing to testing at scale
