Job Summary
Driving full-funnel creative strategy, the full-time remote Creative Strategist will develop cohesive messaging from brand awareness through paid acquisition and onboarding, collaborating with various teams to enhance customer touchpoints and performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a cohesive creative strategy across the entire customer journey
- Collaborate with Social, SEM, and other paid channel leads to inform creative strategy and testing agendas
- Build and maintain a structured creative testing framework to synthesize results and provide actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in creative strategy, growth marketing, or a hybrid performance/brand role, preferably in consumer fintech or DTC apps
- Deep understanding of how creative influences performance across paid channels
- Experience in leading collaborative efforts with channel owners
- Strong analytical mindset combined with creative instincts
- Practical experience with AI tools in creative workflows
