Job Summary
To support the Growth Marketing team, the full-time Junior Creative Strategist will develop high-performing creative for paid acquisition channels by writing creative briefs, scripting UGC, and overseeing the end-to-end creative development process in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the creative direction for Noom's paid campaigns across various platforms from concept to final approval
- Write compelling creative briefs that translate business goals into actionable direction for designers and external partners
- Continuously test and iterate on creative concepts to optimize performance and manage timelines to keep production on track
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or an adjacent role
- Hands-on experience producing or briefing direct response ads, UGC, or testimonial-style content
- Strong written communication and brief-writing skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with designers and/or external creative partners
- Background at a DTC, digital-first, or high-growth startup brand preferred
