Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Jr Creative Strategist will develop creative strategies, manage the creative pipeline, and ensure alignment with performance data to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Define winning beliefs and angles while mapping them into archetypes aligned with the Creative Strategy OS
  • Plan and manage a structured testing roadmap in collaboration with media buyers and project managers
  • Maintain organized creative assets and deliver insights for internal optimization and client-facing reports
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or content strategy within an agency or fast-growth marketing environment
  • Experience working with media buyers and understanding the impact of creative on performance metrics like CPA and CTR
  • Knowledge of performance marketing concepts such as funnels, angles, hooks, and testing frameworks
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing creative pipelines and documentation
  • Proficiency in tools like Monday, Google Sheets, and Drive for managing requests and reporting
