Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging UGC scripts and collaborate with creators to ensure authenticity and optimized calls to action

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing, preferably in digital health or wellness
• Expertise in using AI-driven creative tools to enhance campaign performance
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable creative strategies
• Proactive self-starter with a passion for innovation and ability to manage multiple projects
• Understanding of performance and brand marketing metrics, particularly LTV:CAC ratio
