Job Summary

Focused on driving commercial results, the full-time remote Creative Strategist for eCommerce will own creative strategy for various eCommerce brands, developing concepts, messaging, and testing roadmaps while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Review campaign performance and create testing roadmaps based on data insights
  • Develop hooks, scripts, messaging frameworks, and briefs for visual creators
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to guide creative direction and iterate on strategies
Required qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, or Paid Social, preferably in eCommerce or CPG brands
  • Strong understanding of direct response creative and market sophistication
  • Excellent copy and messaging instincts across various ad formats
  • Confident communication skills with both internal teams and clients
  • Bonus: experience with agency work, Meta and TikTok Ads, UGC, or direct-response funnel strategy
