Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the paid creative strategy and execution across all acquisition channels

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted
  • 7+ years of experience in video editing, post-production, or creative content production
  • Proven success creating and scaling direct-response video ads across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Experience leading creative teams, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Expert-level knowledge of paid social/video ad creative best practices
