Job Summary
Transforming data into impactful creative strategies, the full-time salaried Creative Strategist, Consumer Growth Marketing will lead the development and optimization of performance-driven advertising campaigns while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead creative development for various formats in performance marketing and brand awareness campaigns
- Monitor and analyze creative performance, iterating quickly to optimize direction and maintain a testing calendar
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new creative and share insights across paid and organic channels
Required qualifications
- 2 - 3+ years of experience in creative strategy and performance optimization for consumer brands or agencies
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising channels like Meta, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads
- Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) and experimentation in that environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflows and creative processes
