Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist in Performance Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end creative process for Meta, developing high-converting concepts and storyboards
  • Create, produce, and test over 100 ad creatives monthly while focusing on clarity and measurable impact
  • Translate performance data into creative strategies to enhance ad effectiveness and drive user acquisition
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in paid social performance marketing with a proven track record in customer acquisition
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a creative strategy role, focusing on insight and creative direction
  • Hands-on experience in scripting, storyboarding, and video editing
  • Experience in both agency and in-house environments, understanding the creative rigor required in each
  • Strong performance fluency with familiarity in Meta's ad formats and algorithmic behaviors
