Job Summary
Combining creative instincts with analytical rigor, the full-time remote Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing) will manage data-driven storytelling, develop high-performing ad creatives, and oversee production while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis and performance auditing to identify winning creative patterns and translate insights into actionable creative direction
- Lead creative ideation and scriptwriting, developing concepts and direct-response content that aligns with customer journeys
- Manage production processes by briefing creators, providing feedback, and ensuring alignment with performance best practices
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance creative roles
- Experience with high-growth, paid social-led DTC brands
- Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data for creative decision-making
- A portfolio showcasing direct-response ad concepts or campaigns that delivered measurable results
