Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social for consumer brands
  • Strong background in performance-driven creative, especially on Meta and TikTok
  • Proven track record of developing scalable ad concepts
  • Strong scripting and copywriting abilities
  • Experience managing structured testing pipelines with documented learning loops
