- Analyze creative performance data to identify trends and inform actionable creative iterations
- Build and manage a structured creative testing pipeline to continuously improve performance across both brands
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social for consumer brands
- Strong background in performance-driven creative, especially on Meta and TikTok
- Proven track record of developing scalable ad concepts
- Strong scripting and copywriting abilities
- Experience managing structured testing pipelines with documented learning loops
