Job Summary

Managing a team of up to 4 Creative Strategists, the full-time remote Creative Strategy Team Lead will deliver innovative creative strategies and testing plans, ensuring high-quality results for client portfolios while overseeing team development and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Creative Strategists to execute research, brand positioning, and creative concepts
• Ensure quality control of strategic pitches and brand consistency across creative assets
• Analyze performance data to drive tangible results and support team members in client interactions

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in creating compelling Creative Strategy and testing plans informed by research and data
• Proficiency in performance marketing, including Google/Facebook ads and email campaigns
• Experience collaborating with copy and design teams to produce integrated creative assets
• Strong storytelling and client presentation skills with a keen eye for design quality
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative team environment
