Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Production Studio Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily functions of the Creative Production Studio, ensuring high performance and compliance with client standards
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and professional development of team members while implementing retention programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead operational meetings to ensure efficient project outcomes and alignment on processes

Required Qualifications

• BA in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years in creative and/or marketing services
• At least 5 years of management experience in a multi-shore delivery model
• Experience managing large teams (20+ direct and indirect reports) preferred
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
