Creative Supervisor

Job Summary

To ensure high-quality execution of projects, the remote Creative Supervisor will manage the intake process, safeguard project scope, and maintain accurate reporting in Jira while educating requestors on brief standards and balancing team workloads across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee intake and brief quality by validating scope and ensuring high-quality briefs prior to assignment
• Facilitate clear communication with cross-functional teams and manage work prioritization and routing
• Promote accurate Jira records for operational visibility and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Design, or equivalent practical experience
• Entry-level to 5+ years of experience in digital operations, marketing coordination, or project coordination
• Business-level English reading and writing proficiency
• Intermediate proficiency with Veeva and Microsoft Office
