Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in design systems roles with mastery of Figma component architecture
• Experience in building scalable creative workflows using templates and automation tools
• Familiarity with automation and workflow tools that enhance creative production
• Expertise in applying AI tools to scale creative production effectively
• Experience in creating documentation and training materials for systems usage
