Creative Traffic Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the Creative Services team on a part-time basis, the Creative Traffic Coordinator will manage intake requests, create and update Jira tickets, and ensure project details are organized from kickoff through delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Receive requests and route work to appropriate team members while confirming required inputs
• Create and maintain Jira tickets to keep projects organized and visible, including tracking timelines and status updates
• Provide occasional writing support, including light copy edits and internal communications

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, or marketing support
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
• General familiarity with creative deliverables across various marketing channels
• Strong writing and proofreading skills for light copy support
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
