Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the visual and motion system for video content
• Define scalable video formats and understand attention mechanics to improve viewer engagement
• Lead the end-to-end video production process and ensure optimization for distribution on various platforms

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in video production, motion design, or editorial video
• Strong hands-on experience with interviews, podcasts, and talking-head formats
• Proficient in After Effects and experienced in Premiere Pro or CapCut
• Ability to think of video as a product and growth channel
• Interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3 is a plus
