Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Creator & Affiliate Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies for creator recruitment and onboarding
• Develop and maintain a content production system with creators to drive sales
• Set up reporting systems to track performance metrics and optimize creator engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator programs at a high-growth DTC brand or agency
• Proven track record in recruiting and activating a large network of creators or affiliates
• Deep understanding of TikTok and UGC content strategies
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and creator marketplaces
• Strong knowledge of performance KPIs related to marketing and sales
