Job Summary

Managing creator payment operations, the full-time Creator Care Payments Specialist will ensure accurate and timely payments while providing exceptional support to creators through various communication channels in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Process, monitor, and resolve creator payment issues, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the payment lifecycle
• Respond to creator inquiries via email, chat, and direct messages, maintaining clear and empathetic communication
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payment processes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in creator support, influencer marketing, or a related client-facing role
• Understanding of safeguarding personally identifiable information and financial documentation
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and root causes
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
