Creator Community Manager
Job Summary
Owning the creator community program, the full-time remote Creator Community Manager will manage creator recruitment, retention, and tiering while driving growth and results for a TikTok-based community within Discord.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end creator community, including structure, incentives, and outcomes
- Manage the Creator Coach + Creative Strategist, ensuring effective coaching and content production
- Report on community metrics and translate creator feedback into strategic insights for cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years in creator/influencer/affiliate program management, community management, or growth marketing
- Experience running or scaling a Discord community
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to model incentive structures and ROI
- Hands-on understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop operations
- People management experience or readiness for it
