Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creator Community Program Manager (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish workflows for creator onboarding, briefs, asset delivery, approvals, and reporting
• Manage day-to-day program operations, including calendars, creator pipelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with Legal and Accounting on contracts, payments, and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in creator/influencer programs, community management, or social program management
• Experience managing multi-creator programs and delivering content on time across various platforms
• Strong organizational skills, including documentation and tracking
• Ability to set measurable goals and report on performance
• Flexibility to adjust hours around key launches and peak posting times
